Online Purchases:

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you're not satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. Please contact us at thefitwearfamily@gmail.com to initiate the return process.

We accept returns for defects, wrong size, and change of mind. Please note that items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.

We will cover the cost of shipping for defective items. For other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Store credit can be used on any future purchase and is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is not in stock, we will offer a store credit or refund.

Please note that custom orders and final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Exchange requests must meet the below requirements:

  • Proof of purchase must be provided via your order/Invoice number.

  • Exchanges are only accepted within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.

  • Your item/s must be returned with its full package and all labels intact

  • Item/s must be returned in the original condition received.

The Fit has the right to refuse your return request if it does not meet the conditions above.

Kindly note you can exchange/refund items on sale within 48 hours of receiving your purchase 

After your return is processed, you can place a new order with your desired item. Note that extra shipping charges may apply depending on your location.
